Do you have a potential location that may interest us? We'd love to hear about it! We're a group of creatives looking to establish our presence throughout the country, we have specific requirements given our uniques setup. For a small store, we require 8,000-12,000 square feet of space with a minimum of 16' ceiling clearance. For larger stores, we can work within 15,000-40,000 square feet. We seek out spaces in well-lit, safe areas with high volumes of auto or foot traffic. Families should feel comfortable and welcome in our locations! Our ideal space is one located in a mid-market with a population of between 40,000-80,000 residents. Send us your space and let's see what we can come up with!

  • To locate the perfect site, your top resource will be a proficient local real estate agent who has a good understanding of your area's commercial property market. Typically, our franchise locations require a minimum of 9,000 to 20,000 square feet of space, preferably in a retail location with at least 16-foot high ceilings. Malls are an affordable and suitable option for our franchise.

  • At Hero Day, the initial franchise fee for a new location is $30,000. We currently offer a 10% discount on the initial franchise fee for new franchises. This fee provides exclusive rights to a defined territory and access to all of our proprietary knowledge, systems, and trademarks. The total investment required for a Hero Day franchise ranges from $145,000 to $500,00. There are many variations that can go into facility that can create a broad range.

  • At Hero Day, we require monthly royalty fees of 6% and an additional 2.5% contribution to our marketing fund. These fees ensure that you have ongoing support and access to our established brand identity, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. We are committed to helping our franchisees succeed and grow their business, and these fees enable us to continue providing valuable resources and support.

  • The timeline for opening a Hero Day store typically ranges from 7-14 months from the completion of your engineered drawings. However, there are various factors that can impact this timeline, such as the amount of construction work required at your chosen site. We work closely with our franchisees throughout the entire process to ensure that everything is on track and progressing smoothly. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to help you open your Hero Day store as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • The primary target demographic for Hero Day™️ are parents and grandparents who are seeking a safe and fun environment for their children to play and explore. Our ideal customer is someone who is looking for a place to host their child's birthday party or simply wants to bring their children to a fun, engaging indoor play space. We cater to families who value spending quality time together in an environment that is both safe and exciting. By providing a unique and memorable experience, we strive to create loyal customers who return time and again to enjoy all that Hero Day has to offer.

  • Great question! At Hero Day, we encourage our franchisees to keep their equipment fresh and exciting for their customers. While equipment wear is a normal part of the business, we are currently developing a trade program between franchises to make it easier for you to keep your equipment rotating and ever-changing.

    In general, we recommend that you trade out your equipment before it becomes too worn to keep your park fresh and exciting for your customers. All of our equipment comes with a 6-month defect warranty to ensure that you receive high-quality, long-lasting products. Additionally, our exclusive manufacturer is constantly working with us to develop new and unique designs exclusively for the Hero Day brand. With our commitment to quality and innovation, you can be confident that your equipment will last for years to come.
