Size-wise and Age?

How old and how big does my kid have to be to play at The Hero Day™? While two is the minimum age to participate it is more a size thing. Over 36” and under 48” will be permitted into the jr hero zone. Over 40” is welcome to the entire park. 240lbs Is the max weight limit on the inflatable attractions.

At The Hero Day™, we understand that the safety of your children is of utmost importance. Our mission is to provide a pristine and secure environment where kids can unleash their energy while you have peace of mind. We go above and beyond to maintain a spotless facility, with multiple hand sanitation stations and our diligent staff consistently sanitizing attractions. Our commitment extends to rigorous cleaning protocols, including frequent disinfection of rides using a premium cleaner trusted in medical centers and major amusement parks. To enhance hygiene, we require all guests to wear our exclusive Hero Day™ socks.

As the premier family entertainment center, we are dedicated to offering a vibrant, secure, and family-friendly space for your ultimate enjoyment. Our trained staff members are strategically positioned to ensure your child's safety during playtime. Rest assured, our park is thoughtfully designed and certified safe, provided that all posted rules are followed. I want to be a Hero but how hard is it?

The Hero Day™ is more about having fun rather than the extreme difficult.  We bring the obstacles, challenges, & thrills you've always wanted to try but have only seen on TV or in the movies!  The venue will challenge you but you wont even notice because you are having so much fun! 

Who can participate?

The Hero Day™ is an all ages venue but designed for those looking to have a blast and experience thrills.  Obstacles will have you running, jumping, climbing, swinging and more!  There is something for everyone! (The larger obstacles require the height of at least 40" and weight under 220 lbs.) We have a separate toddler area and junior Ninja spot as well for the smaller children.

I don't want to participate in the obstacles but want to stay and watch with my kiddo.

We love fans, you are encouraged to cheer on your loved ones as they battle through the obstacles. (There is no charge for parents or guardians wanting to cheer their kids or friends.) 

How should I dress?  

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear.  Dress up like a HERO if you dare! There may be a prize for the best dressed on themed nights! All participants MUST wear official Hero Day™ socks (no exceptions)

Where should I park? 

We recommend parking in the main mall parking lot in between of Macy's and JC Penny’s using the west end mall entrance. 

I have a large group I'd like to register (15+ people)

In this case it is best to contact us directly to reserve your time and lock in your group discount.

Can I bring my own food?

Exciting update! Guests are now permitted to bring in their own pizza and cake to enhance their celebration. However, please note that for the overall cleanliness and enjoyment of everyone, no other outside food or beverages are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your time with us memorable.
